Maharana Pratap’s 486th birth anniversary celebrated with grandeur in Hyderabad
The 486th birth anniversary of Maharana Pratap was celebrated in Hyderabad by the Akhil Bharatiya Kshatriya Mahasabha. Participants paid floral tributes to the legendary Rajput ruler, while community leaders highlighted his legacy and sought the installation of his statue at Tank Bund.
Hyderabad: The 486th birth anniversary of Veer Shiromani Maharana Pratap was celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm in Hyderabad under the leadership of the Akhil Bharatiya Kshatriya Mahasabha.
Floral tributes were paid to the portrait of the legendary Rajput warrior, followed by a commemorative gathering highlighting his remarkable legacy of patriotism, valor, and selfless sacrifice.
Uday Singh Bayas, president, Akhil Bharatiya Kshatriya Mahasabha, said Maharana Pratap’s extraordinary courage and leadership during the historic Battle of Haldighati continue to inspire generations.
He appealed to the government to install a statue of Maharana Pratap at Tank Bund in Hyderabad as a tribute to the iconic warrior king and his enduring contribution to Indian history.
Prominent members of Rajput community, including Narsingh Thakur, Ajay Singh, Shakti Singh, Chandra Kishan Singh, Govind Raj Singh, Prabhu Singh, Rana Nagesh Singh, Manisha, Jyoti, Nandita, Madhavi, Rohini, Maya, and others, were present.
