Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited’s all-new e-auto, UDO

Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited has launched the UDO, an aircraft-inspired electric three-wheeler designed to enhance comfort, safety and dignity for auto drivers. The company said the new model marks a major shift in conventional autorickshaw design

Hyderabad: Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited (MLMML) unveiled its most advanced electric three-wheeler yet, the Mahindra UDO, which draws inspiration from an airplane and envisages the auto as a “autoplane”.

The word ‘UDO’ in Hindi means ‘to fly’ and the Mahindra UDO will give wings to customer’s aspirations and help them soar to greater heights in life. It is priced attractively at Rs.384299, ex-showroom, but for a limited period, the UDO will be offered for Rs.358999.

The traditional auto design, unchanged globally since 1948, has long neglected driver and passenger comfort. India is the largest 3W EV market in the world, and it is natural that the country’s e-auto pioneer steps in and lead the change.
