Hyderabad: Hyderabad-based Maiwir Engineering, a research-backed innovative steel-composite design, fabrication, and construction company, is focusing on executing most complex engineering and infrastructure projects in India. The company is building a strong order book in the coming fiscal years in the run up to becoming a top engineering company in the next 5-6 years.

Maiwir’s design solutions and technical innovations are aimed to help clients reduce risks and costs. Maiwir design team has good expertise in the engineering sector required in the changing world. They are well equipped with the latest tools and have hands-on knowledge of the technological improvements happening in the sector.

In India, the feasibility of projects is based on cost economics in reference to the timeline of project completions. Proper bridging between new technology to the classical cost-optimised RCC buildings is done by a balanced steel composite building analogy.

Having established the company in 2015, Maiwir operates its own pre-engineered buildings (PEB) manufacturing facilities across India with a total capacity of over 5,000 metric tonnes per month.

Sarath Chandra Parupalli, MD, Maiwir Engineering, told Telangana Today, “We have introduced a composite construction steel system, a first-of-its-kind in India, which allows us to build structures in no time. We have executed the fastest structure in India (within 20 days) for a defence establishment in Bengaluru. Considering Maiwir’s capabilities as the only company to execute fast structures, we were selected for project implementation. We are also working for a prominent hospital project in Patna, Bihar, which is a unique concept and first-of-its-kind in North India.”

He further added, “We are the only engineering company with end-to-end capabilities. We design, fabricate, and execute structures. We do everything in-house. Over the years, we have developed efficient approaches and invested in innovation. We are attracting active investor interest for the engineering capabilities we have showcased, since our inception.”

Maiwir operates facilities across India. “Many companies in India and the Middle East are tied up with us and we have huge production capacity. We can do construction in 50 per cent less time with better quality. We have bagged and implemented several projects including most complex flyover bridge construction in steel in Hyderabad for GHMC, without disturbing the traffic movement,” he added.
