Malakpet police nab two-wheeler thief, recover 12 stolen motorcycles

Malakpet Police arrested a two-wheeler thief, T Veera Venkata Satyanarayana, and recovered 12 stolen motorcycles worth approximately Rs 2.5 lakh. The thefts date back to January, and the stolen vehicles were traced following the suspect’s confession.

Hyderabad: The Malakpet Police arrested a two-wheeler thief and recovered 12 stolen motorcycles worth approximately Rs 2.5 lakh on Tuesday.

The case dates back to January, when a motorcycle parked near Moosarambagh metro station was reported stolen. Based on a complaint, a case was booked and during routine vehicle checks at Moosarambagh on Monday night, police nabbed T Veera Venkata Satyanarayana, a private employee.

Based on his confession, officers traced and seized a total of 12 stolen two-wheelers from different locations.
