Malkajgiri MLA meets Collector, discusses key development issues
Malkajgiri MLA Marri Rajashekhar Reddy met Medchal–Malkajgiri Collector Manu Chaudhary and discussed key development issues, including healthcare infrastructure, housing, land protection, encroachments and welfare schemes. The Collector assured that all requests would be examined and appropriate action taken.

Hyderabad: Malkajgiri MLA, Marri Rajashekhar Reddy, on Saturday, paid a courtesy visit to the Medchal–Malkajgiri District Collector, Manu Chaudhary and held comprehensive discussions regarding several key issues concerning the development of Malkajgiri constituency.
The issues discussed included a review of the list of prohibited properties falling under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908, and measures to safeguard legitimate residential properties that were erroneously listed under Waqf Board.
He also discussed setting up a Government General Hospital in Malkajgiri, suitable land for construction of an Urban Primary Health Centre in Safilguda, stopping illegal encroachments and unauthorised constructions in Vimaladevi Nagar, protection of ‘Gramakantham’ government land for a Fire Station in Alwal, and construction of Community Halls within the Malkajgiri constituency.
The other issues included completion of selection of beneficiaries under Scheduled Caste Economic Support Scheme, permissions for construction of an additional floor at the Sakhi Centre located in Alwal and 2BHK houses allotted to the 18 BPL families affected by the RK Puram RoB and RuB works.
Manu Choudhary responded positively to the MLA’s requests and assured that all the issues raised would be examined and appropriate action would be taken.
