Malla Reddy Narayana Hospital acquires and launches indigenous SSI Mantra robotic system

Hyderabad: Hyderabad-based Malla Reddy Narayana Multispeciality Hospital on Thursday announced the launch of SSI Mantra 3.0, the country’s first indigenous robotic system, for surgical precision, efficiency, and minimally invasive procedures, a press release said.
On the occasion, Chairman of Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth (MRV), Dr. Ch. Bhadra Reddy said that SSI Mantra 3.0 is a unique robotic system. With its advanced capabilities, the system enhances surgical accuracy, reduces complications, and significantly shortens recovery periods, the Chairman added.
Vice Chairman, MRV, Dr. Ch. Preeti Reddy expressed her excitement about integrating this pioneering robotic technology, the first of its kind in Telangana into the hospital’s surgical framework. She highlighted how robotic-assisted surgery is revolutionizing healthcare, ensuring faster recovery times, minimal scarring, and enhanced safety for patients.
The event was further honored by the presence of Dr. Ch. Bhadra Reddy Garu, Chairman of Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, and Dr. Ch. Preeti Reddy Garu, Vice Chairman of Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, as Chief Patrons.
