Hyderabad: This outstanding teaser of highly anticipated Mammootty-starrer gangster-drama Malayalam-language film ‘Bheeshma Parvam’, helmed by Amal Neerad, is breaking the internet.
The pure mass-filled stuff is just exciting to watch as Mammukka, a gangster (or don), unleashes his best as the macho Michael, in screen presence unmatchable. Revolving around the story of Michael, it looks like he is forced to revisit his past. The electrifying teaser for the film set in the 1980s is an absolute classic from its first glimpses.
The finely edited short clip with 1:19 duration features Mammootty in a mind-blowing mass avatar. The background music for an action scene is just scintillating. His grand entry and spectacular dialogues elevate the scenes. And, the hype is real as the anticipation from fans for the megastar’s upcoming movie is really high.
Mammootty’s opening dialogue, “Guess, that’s a case I’ve already disposed of” hints at gang war. As Mammukka is introduced, a character from the film says, “Listen …. I’ve seen that Michael (Mammootty) you guys have never seen or known of. You wouldn’t have opened your mouth had you seen that version of him.” The thriller penned by the director himself will release in theatres on March 3.
“Bheeshma Parvam”, written along with Devadath Shaji by the director Amal Neerad, has also been produced by him under the banner Amal Neerad Productions. The film is a Mammootty-Amal Neerad reunion 15 years after their collaboration gave the mega hit “Big B” (2007).
The makers had already announced that the movie has a stellar start cast. The gripping character posters released earlier of Sudev Nair, Soubin Shahir, Harish Uthaman, Kottayam Ramesh, Nisthar Sait, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Shine Tom Chacko, Sreenath Bhasi, Farhan Faasil, Dileesh Pothan, Nedumudi Venu, Jinu Joseph, Maala Parvathi, Anagha, Nadia Moidu, Shebin Bensen and Lena went viral on social media.
The technical crew includes Anend C Chandran as the Director of Photography, Vivek Harshan as the editor, Sushin Shyam as the music composer and Supreme Sundar as the stunt director.
