It is always interesting to see some throwback pictures of celebrities now and then. Well, this time, it is Malayalam superstar Mammootty who has taken his fans back with a rare unseen photo of him with Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan.
In the picture, Mammootty is seen engrossed in a serious conversation with Big B. The picture was supposedly clicked at an awards show. The vintage photo of the superstars was clicked by veteran photographer and documentary filmmaker R Gopalakrishnan.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Mammootty shared the picture and wrote: “In conversation with the real Big B. @amitabhbachchan.”
The camaraderie between the lead actors of the entertainment industry is widely known. The two stars have always acknowledged each other’s works and have also been a support to each other from across industries.
Amitabh and Mammootty recently came together for a short-film called ‘Family’. The short-film, which was shot remotely, saw actors from across the industries come together to spread awareness about staying at home during the coronavirus outbreak.
Meanwhile, Mammootty has now wrapped up the shoot of his much-awaited film, ‘Bheeshma Parvam’. Directed by Amal Neerad, ‘Bheeshma Parvam’ is an upcoming gangster drama.
In addition, he has movies like ‘Puzhu’ and ‘CBI 5’ and ‘Bilal’ in the pipeline.
