Mancherial: Police booked a man for travelling dangerously by sitting atop a compartment of the Gorakhpur Express in Mancherial on Thursday, creating panic among passengers and risking his own life.
According to the police, the passenger, a native of Siddipet, was found sitting on top of the compartment while the train was in motion. He was detained by the police for creating a nuisance and endangering safety by travelling in a highly risky manner.
During questioning, the man reportedly gave contradictory answers to queries posed by the police. Officials said he appeared to be mentally unsound. A case was registered against him.
