Man dies after cars goes berserk on ORR in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, a man died after the car he was traveling went out of control and crashed into a road median on the Outer Ring Road near Bongulur in Adibatla on the city outskirts on Friday.

The victim D Thirumalesh (30), was returning in his Maruti Breeza car from Shamshabad to Hyderabad when the mishap occurred.


As per available information, on reaching the ORR, Thirumalesh, who was driving quite speed reportedly lost control of the steering wheel and crashed into the road median.

With the same speed, the car jumped over the road median and fell on the other side. It rolled over multiple times, before coming to an halt. Thirumalesh, who was driving, suffered multiple grievous bleeding injuries and died on the spot.

On being alerted by motorists passing by the route, the Adibatla police rushed to the spot and took up rescue operation. Due to the impact of the mishap, the car was heavily damaged.

The Adibatla police are investigating.
