Siddipet: A man met a watery grave when he ventured into a lake for fishing at Chowdaram village in Chinnakodur mandal.
Kadari Lingam (55), who used to eke out a livelihood by working as a construction worker, had ventured into the Yellamma lake on Tuesday but drowned. As he failed to return home by evening, the family members searched for him at the lake and found the body on Wednesday morning.
He was survived by his wife, a son and two daughters. The police have registered a case.
