Man gets 5 years in jail for misbehaving with minor girl in Asifabad

Bhaskar was booked for allegedly touching private parts of the girl by showing some obscene clips on his mobile phone when her parents were not present in her residence in November 2020.

Kumram Bheem Asifabad: An Asifabad court on Tuesday sentenced a man to five years of imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 12,000 after convicting him for misbehaving with a minor girl four years ago.

Kumram Bheem Asifabad district sessions court judge MV Ramesh delivered the judgement, awarding the term and fine against Durva Bhaskar from Dimda village in Chintalamanepalli mandal after finding him guilty for misbehaving with the minor girl. Bhaskar was booked for allegedly touching private parts of the girl by showing some obscene clips on his mobile phone when her parents were not present in her residence in November 2020.
