Man goes missing after jumping into Manair river in Sircilla

A man from Thangallapalli village, Rajanna-Sircilla district, reportedly jumped into the Manair river on Thursday, prompting a police search operation. The motive behind the suspected suicide attempt remains unknown.

Rajanna-Sircilla: A man identified as Sallangula Krishnaiah of Thangallapalli village went missing after allegedly attempting suicide by jumping into the Manair river here on Thursday.

According to reports, Krishnaiah jumped into the river from the top of the Manair bridge. Locals who witnessed the incident immediately alerted the police.
