Man held for theft attempt in ATM in Hyderabad
The suspect was identified as P.Rajashekhar (40), a construction worker from Balapur.
Hyderabad: The Meerpet police arrested a man on charges of attempting to break into a private bank ATM center at Balapur crossroads here late on Monday.
The suspect was identified as P.Rajashekhar (40), a construction worker from Balapur.
Rajashekhar procured a gas cutter and came to the unmanned ATM centre to break into it.
It was while he was allegedly trying to break it open, a customer who came to withdraw cash from the ATM centre noticed him and alerted the police. The police patrol car staff immediately reached the spot and arrested him.
A case was booked. He was produced before the court.
