Warangal Urban: Taskforce police here on Wednesday took a man into custody for selling oxygen flow metres at exorbitant prices and seized 12 metres from his possession.

According to Task Force Inspector Srinivasji, one Syed Quddus, a resident of LB Nagar, Warangal, was buying oxygen flow metre at Rs 1300 apiece and then selling them at higher prices due to shortage of oxygen flow metres in the open market.

“On receiving information, we raided the house of the accused and seized 12 oxygen flow meters from his house at LB Nagar and took him into custody. We have handed over the accused and the seized material to the Intezarganj police for further investigation,” the Inspector added.
