Man jailed for 20 years for raping minor girl in Telangana’s Jagtial
Police registers POCSO and SC/ST Atrocities Act against him

Jagtial: A fast track special court here on Monday sentenced Sunkala Srinivas to 20 years of imprisonment on charges of raping a minor girl.
A resident of Jagtial town, Srinivas was arrested for raping the minor girl, after which the police registered POCSO and SC/ST Atrocities Act against him.
After hearing arguments and going through evidence, the special court sentenced him to 20 years of imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 2000 on him.
