Man killed on the spot as lorry mows down bike in Adilabad
A man was killed after a speeding lorry hit his motorcycle on NH-44 near Mukhra village in Adilabad. The victim died on the spot, while the driver fled. Police launched a search operation to trace the accused

Adilabad: A person was killed on the spot when a speeding lorry mowed down a two-wheeler at Mukhra (K) village in Echoda mandal on Sunday.
Police said that Vittal from Karatwada village received serious injuries when the lorry coming from the opposite direction dashed the motorcycle on NH 44 resulting in instantaneous death for him. The driver of the lorry sped the spot following the mishap.
A search was launched to nab him. Further details were yet to be known.
