Man kills mother, dies by suicide in Yadadri Bhongir

Hyderabad: In a shocking incident in Peddaravulapalli village of Bhoodan Pochampally mandal in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, a man allegedly murdered his mother before taking his own life on Monday.
According to police, Sangam Srinivas allegedly attacked his mother, Sangam Pochamma, with a stone, killing her instantly at their home. Following the assault, he hanged himself to death.
While the exact motive remains under investigation, preliminary inquiry and information gathered from villagers suggest that an ongoing land dispute may have triggered the incident.
Upon receiving the report, police rushed to the scene, shifted both bodies for post-mortem examination, and registered a case. Further investigation is under way.
