Nalgonda: A man killed his wife at an auto stand in Suryapet, leaving the passersby shocked. The deceased has been identified as Shirisha and the accused was her husband Manideep.

They both are residents of Jaggaipet in Krishna district of neighbouring Andhra Pradesh.

The incident occurred at Jaggaipet auto stand near Kodad bus stand. As people were waiting at the auto stand, the accused dragged Shirisha with her hair and hit her to the ground. He then stabbed her multiple times.

The disturbing visuals of the accused attacking the victim are being shared on social media platforms.

Amidst her screams, the people tried to stop Manideep but he did not give up and continued to stab Shirisha, leaving her dead on the spot.

Differences and frequent quarrels between the wife and husband are learnt to have been the reason behind the brutal incident, according to reports.

The police have taken the accused into custody and registered a case.
