Man leaps to death from metro station in Hyderabad

The man identified as Raju, a native of Nizamabad came to the metro station on Saturday night around 10 p.m and later jumped from the station terminal building.

Hyderabad: A man died after jumping from the Begumpet metro station on Saturday night.

The man identified as Raju, a native of Nizamabad came to the metro station on Saturday night around 10 pm and later jumped from the station terminal building.


On noticing it the metro rail security informed the police who rushed to spot.

Raju was shifted to Gandhi Hospital where he died while undergoing treatment due to the injuries sustained.

A case is booked by the police. The police are trying to ascertain reason.
