Mancherial police constable praised for winning gold medal in bodybuilding event

A head constable from Jaipur police station in Mancherial, Dharmaiah, won a gold medal in the under-75 kilogram bodybuilding category at the Telangana State Police Sports and Games-2026 in Hyderabad. He was congratulated by senior police officials

Mancherial: A head constable, Dharmaiah, working in Jaipur police station, won a gold medal in the under-75 kilogram category at the 4th Telangana State Police Sports and Games-2026 held in Hyderabad recently. He was congratulated by DCP A Bhaskar here on Monday.

Bhaskar said that head constable Dharmaiah brought recognition to the district by bagging the gold medal in the state-level competition. He advised other policemen to draw inspiration from the head constable and excel in their favourite fields. Dharmaiah was also congratulated by Jaipur Inspector Naveen Kumar and Sub-Inspector Rajashekhar.
