Mancherial student selected for national-level athletic meet

A student from Mancherial, has been selected to participate in the all-India University athletic meet scheduled in Mangalore, Karnataka, on January 12.

Mancherial: Bonala Shruthi, a student from this town, was selected to participate in an all-India University athletic meet to be held in Mangalore, Karnataka on January 12. She was felicitated by her school management here on Tuesday.

Shruthi bagged the opportunity to take part in a national-level event by excelling in 200-metre sprint competition conducted at Kakatiya University in Warangal recently. She is currently pursuing her first year of graduation. She studied at Carmel Convent High School.
