Mancherial: The isolation centre in Bellampalli registered another three deaths of Covid-19 patients on Friday. It recorded 12 fatalities on Wednesday and Thursday.
Dr Anil, in-charge of the centre, said two patients belonging to the district and another from neighbouring Peddapalli succumbed to the virus while undergoing treatment. He stated that they were admitted to the facility when their medical condition was critical. He added that doctors made all efforts to save the patients, but in vain.
Eight patients belonging to Mancherial district, three belonging to Kumram Bheem Asifabad and a patient from Nirmal district breathed their last at the time of treatment at the centre on Thursday. They were rushed to the centre when their medical condition deteriorated. The centre reported 34 deaths this month so far.
