Hyderabad: A mentally unstable woman, who came to the city for treatment, was reported missing from the Jubilee Bus Station on Tuesday.
The woman, identified as K Jogu (38), from Peddampet of Hajipur in Mancherial district, was taking treatment at the Government Mental Health Centre in Erragadda. Police said Jogu was brought to the city by her son Vamshi for a regular checkup and treatment at the hospital. They had got down at JBS and were waiting for a transportation to go to Erragadda. Vamshi had made her wait at the platform and went to purchase a new mask for her. When he returned, his mother was missing.
Based on a complaint, the Marredpally police booked a case and took up investigation.
