Mancherial youngster tops Neurosurgery Exit Exam-2026

Bandari Thirupathi, a doctor from Thandur mandal in Mancherial district, topped the State and secured fourth rank at the all-India level in the Neurosurgery Exit Exam-2026. The results were announced on Friday

Mancherial: Bandari Thirupathi, a doctor from Thandur mandal centre, excelled in the Neurosurgery Exit Exam-2026 by topping at the State level and achieving fourth rank at the all-India level. The results of the entrance examination were declared on Friday.

Thirupathi, who currently works as a consultant neurosurgeon (Advance spine and brain surgeon) at a hospital in Hyderabad, appeared for the examination and secured the top rank.

An alumnus of Chalmeda Anand Rao Institute of Medical Sciences-Karimnagar, Thirupathi studied in Thandur before pursuing Intermediate at a college in Bellampalli. He secured 68th rank in NEET Super Specialty Entrance. He got 72nd rank in EAMCET-2009 and bagged a medical seat.
