Mancherial YouTuber bludgeoned to death; wife booked

A 40-year-old YouTuber, Vaidya Mohan, was allegedly murdered by his wife Jamuna at Ashok Road in Mancherial. Police suspect she attacked him with a stone while he was asleep following a domestic dispute.

Mancherial: A man was bludgeoned to death allegedly by his wife at Ashok Road in Mancherial early on Tuesday morning.

Police said that Vaidya Mohan (40), a YouTuber, from Ashok Road died on the spot after his wife, Jamuna, struck his head with a large stone for allegedly harassing her by repeatedly questioning her fidelity. Further details are awaited.

Mohan reportedly picked an argument with Jamuna over some petty issue on Monday night. It was suspected that Jamuna attacked him with a stone when he was asleep at around 4 am with an intention to kill him. Neighbours discovered his body in a pool of blood and alerted the police in the morning.

On receiving information, police inspected the scene of the offence and gathered details of the crime. A case has been registered against Jamuna. An investigation is underway. The body was shifted to the government general hospital for post-mortem examination.
