Hyderabad: Hyderabad’s food lovers can look forward to an authentic taste of Tamil Nadu as Mazzo at Marriott Executive Apartments hosts a special week-long Tamil Food Pop-up curated by MasterChef India Tamil finalist Chef Preethi Raghunandan. The culinary festival will be held from August 3 to August 9, with dinner service beginning at 7 pm each evening.
Chef Preethi brings over 15 years of culinary experience, during which she has catered for VIPs and celebrities, launched successful cloud kitchen ventures, and hosted popular pop-up dining experiences across Chennai and Malaysia. She has also created signature sauces and distinctive flavour profiles that blend the rich traditions of South Indian cuisine with modern cooking techniques. Her innovative approach earned her a place among the finalists of MasterChef India Tamil.
The specially curated menu showcases the diverse flavours of Tamil Nadu through traditional recipes prepared with regional spices and seasonal ingredients. Guests can savour dishes such as the crispy Mutton Kola Urundai, the peppery Milagu Meen Varuval, and the comforting Neer Kari Kolambu, each reflecting the culinary heritage of different regions of the state.
