Mayasabha creates streaming milestone for Telugu content
Sony LIV’s Mayasabha: Rise of Titans has created history by becoming the first Telugu show to enter Ormax Media’s national Top 3, recording 2.8 million views between August 11–17, 2025.
Hyderabad: Mayasabha: Rise of Titans, now streaming on Sony LIV, has marked a historic moment for Telugu storytelling in the digital space. The political saga entered Ormax Media’s list of India’s most-watched streaming shows, securing the No. 3 spot with 2.8 million views during the week of August 11–17, 2025. This achievement makes it the first-ever Telugu show to break into the national Top 3 since Ormax began tracking all-language content in May 2024.
Jointly directed by Deva Katta and Kiran Jay Kumar, the series unfolds around the evolving relationship between Kakarla Krishnama Naidu, portrayed by Aadhi Pinisetty, and MS Rami Reddy, played by Chaitanya Rao. Their journey from friendship to rivalry provides the narrative with both emotional depth and political intrigue.
Produced by Vijay Krishna Lingamaneni and Sree Harsha under Hitmen & Proodos Productions LLP, the show features a strong cast including Divya Dutta, Saikumar, Nasser, Shatru, Ravindra Vijay, and Tanya Ravichandran.
