Mechanic murdered in his shop in Jeedimetla

Police said the victim Beerender Kumar (55), an automobile mechanic from Kalpana Society in Chintal, is suspected to have been beaten to death with iron rods in his shop. He died on the spot.

Hyderabad: A man was murdered by a group of persons at Ganesh Nagar in Jeedimetla on Friday. The reason for the murder is yet to be known.

Police said the victim Beerender Kumar (55), an automobile mechanic from Kalpana Society in Chintal, is suspected to have been beaten to death with iron rods in his shop. He died on the spot.

The Jeedimetla police have taken up the investigation. The body was shifted to the Gandhi Hospital morgue for autopsy.
