Hyderabad: Medicover Hospitals hosted ‘Fellows India 2026’, a three-day advanced academic programme in interventional cardiology, bringing together leading national and international faculty and providing cardiology fellows and young consultants with advanced clinical knowledge, practical insights, and exposure to evolving technologies in cardiac care.

The conference was structured with a day-wise scientific focus, ensuring progressive and in-depth learning through evidence-based discussions, expert-led sessions, and real-world clinical insights, a press release said.


Dr N Prathap Kumar, Organising Chairman, said, “Our objective with Fellows India 2026 was to bridge the gap between academic theory and high-level clinical expertise.” Dr Sharath Reddy, Senior Consultant Interventional Cardiologist, Medicover Hospitals, stated, “Through structured sessions, live discussions, and expert guidance, the programme empowered young cardiologists with the confidence and competence required to manage complex cardiac conditions safely and effectively.”

Dr Anil Krishna G, Chairman & Managing Director, Medicover Hospitals, pointed out that quality healthcare begins with quality training.
