Hyderabad: Medicover Hospitals, part of one of Europe’s largest and most trusted healthcare groups, on Tuesday announced the launch of its 24th hospital in India with the opening of a 300-bed multispecialty facility in Secunderabad.
Union Minister for Coal and Mines G Kishan Reddy inaugurated the hospital and said the new facility was a commendable step towards strengthening healthcare services. “With its world-class infrastructure and a team of expert doctors, this facility will ensure that high-quality treatment is available to everyone, from primary care to advanced procedures,” he said.
Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar also lauded the initiative, stating, “Providing healthcare of international standards to the common man is a remarkable achievement.”
Medicover Hospitals India Chairman and Managing Director Dr. G. Anil Krishna said the new hospital is equipped with global-standard infrastructure and over 40 specialized doctors. He added that the group continues to expand its network across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Karnataka, with plans to extend to more States soon.
