Medak MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy plants a sapling at Manjeera dam in Sanagreddy district on Saturday
Sangareddy: Medak MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy said that a mega park will be developed on 14 acres land at Kalpagur village close to Manjeera dam, which one of the most sought after tourist destinations for citizens of Sangareddy and Hyderabad.
The MP who planted a sapling at the proposed land for the park on Saturday to mark the beginning of the plantation, said that they will plant different kinds of saplings in the proposed park. Stating that the Manjeera dam was attracting a host of the tourists, Reddy said that they will provide best recreation facilities for the tourists coming to the dam. He said that they will also plant a variety of fruit bearing saplings.
Prabhakar Reddy stated that another 30 acres of the land was available close to the Manjeera dam which will be developed by taking up massive plantation. Additional Collector Rajarshi Sha, former MLA Chintha Prabhakar, DCMS Chairman Malkapuram Shiva Kumar, Municipal Chairman Vijayalakshmi and others were present.
