Mentally unstable woman dies by suicide in Mancherial

Police said the victim,Appani Anusha, wife of Srinivas, jumped into a well near her residence

Mancherial: A 32-year-old woman stated to be mentally unstable, died allegedly by suicide by jumping in a well at Chintapalli village on Friday.

Police said Appani Anusha, wife of Srinivas jumped into a well near her residence. Anusha was diagnosed with some mental illness six years ago and was under treatment.

She had attempted to commit suicide twice in the past. She was taking rest at her parents’ home for the past 15 days. Hailing from Chintapalli, she was married to Srinivas since 14 years. The couple are blessed with two sons.
