MERGEN launches ServiceNow CoE in Hyderabad, aims to double the talent in AI and Workflow Automation

MERGEN Corporates has launched its largest ServiceNow Center of Excellence in Hyderabad, investing $1 million. With 50+ experts onboard and plans to double the team by 2026, the CoE will support enterprises in digital transformation through low-code and AIOps.

Hyderabad: MERGEN Corporates announced the launch of its largest ServiceNow Digital Workflow Center of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad, onboarding 50 plus ServiceNow experts, and aims to double the headcount by beginning of 2026.

Through this new CoE, MERGEN aims to provide comprehensive support to enterprises through its Now Platform, seeking to streamline their operations, enhance efficiency, and drive growth.

Established with an initial investment of $500,000, the new Center of Excellence (CoE) spans a 150-seat facility at the MERGEN Global Delivery Center. An additional 8,000 square feet has been earmarked for future expansion, with a further $500,000 allocated, bringing the total planned investment to $1 million.
