MGIT holds conference on advances in signal processing and communication engineering

Hyderabad: The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology (MGIT), organised the third international conference on advances in signal processing and communication engineering here on Thursday.
The two-day event being held in association with Springer brought together researchers, academicians, and industry professionals from around the world to discuss and deliberate on cutting-edge innovations in signal processing and communication technologies.
Professor at Penn State Behrend, US, N Sudarshan Rao spoke about the advances in signal and image and highlighted machine learning-driven improvements in medical imaging, computational efficiency, and multimedia data analysis, emphasising their growing role in healthcare, autonomous systems, and high-speed communication networks.
AK Singh, Scientist-G and Project Director, DLRL also spoke in the event, which was also attended by MGIT principal Prof. Chandra Mohan Reddy.
