Miley Cyrus celebrates ‘Hannah Montana’ anniversary
Hi Hannah, It's been a while. 15 years to be exact. Since the first time I slid those blonde bangs over my forehead in the best attempt to conceal my identity.
Singer-songwriter Miley Cyrus is celebrating the 15th anniversary of her iconic show ‘Hannah Montana’ and in honour of the special day, she posted a handwritten letter to her character on social media. Cyrus became a household name when the show made its debut on the Disney Channel in 2006. “Hi Hannah, It’s been a while. 15 years to be exact. Since the first time I slid those blonde bangs over my forehead in the best attempt to conceal my identity. Then slipped into a puke pink terry cloth robe with a bedazzled HM over the [heart]. I didn’t know then…that is where you would live forever,” Cyrus wrote in the note, shared on Twitter and Instagram.

After five years, Rihanna fans may be getting a new track from the Grammy-winning singer! The 33-year-old star teased the possibility of a new song coming “soon”.

Justin likes ‘predictability’ and reliability’ of marriage
After the Friday release of his sixth studio album ‘Justice,’ Canadian singer-songwriter Justin Bieber is opening up about the positive impact his marriage to wife Hailey Baldwin has had on his creative process. “Prioritising my family [has been helpful] … I never had a consistent family life. It was kind of all over the place growing up. So, finally having that predictability and reliability [with my wife Hailey], someone who I love and trust, has been so monumental (sic),” said Beiber. These days, the ‘Yummy’ hitmaker has found healthier ways to balance his professional and personal life. “I think boundaries for me have been so pivotal in my growth as a human. And just [realizing that] my “Noes” [are] just as powerful as my “Yeses” and knowing when to say “No” to certain things has been so helpful in my growth (sic).”
Taylor, her mom donate $50,000 to a family
Taylor Swift and her mom Andrea recently gave a joint donation of $50,000 to a GoFundMe fundraiser set up to support a woman named Vickie Quarles and her five daughters. The Tennessee-based family lost husband and father Theodis Ray Quarles after a battle with Covid-19, according to Vickie’s friend DeQuanda Smith, who launched the crowdfunding page on December 22. Vickie said she is “incredibly grateful” to everyone who donated and in particular noted Taylor and Andrea’s “thoughtfulness and generosity.” The GoFundMe had a goal of $50,000, meaning the gift from Nashville residents Taylor and Andrea pushed the total beyond that mark.
