Minister Jagadish Reddy reviews flood situation in Suryapet

The Minister reviewed the situation with District Collector T Vinay Krishna Reddy and Suryapet municipal commissioner Ramanjaneyulu over phone and asked them to place the officials of all department on alert.

Suryapet: Energy Minister G Jagadish Reddy has instructed the officials to take up rescue operations in the low-lying areas of Suryapet that were inundated in flood waters due to heavy rain.

The Minister reviewed the situation with District Collector T Vinay Krishna Reddy and Suryapet municipal commissioner Ramanjaneyulu over phone and asked them to place the officials of all department on alert.


He also appealed to the people of the town to be alert in view of the situation. He also asked TRS cadres to help people living in the inundated colonies in Suryapet.
