Minor fire breaks out in Kukatpally apartment, no injuries reported
A minor fire broke out in a flat at Lakshmi's Ragamayi Apartments in Bagh Ameer, Kukatpally, late Tuesday night. Fire department personnel quickly brought the blaze under control. No injuries were reported, and a technical fault in the AC unit is suspected.
Hyderabad: A minor fire accident occurred at an apartment complex in Bagh Ameer in Kukatpally on Tuesday midnight.
No injuries were reported in the incident, police said.
As per available information, the incident occurred in a flat on the third floor of Lakshmi’s Ragamayi
Apartments, where flames suddenly broke out from the outdoor unit of an air- conditioner.
On receiving information, the local police and fire department officials rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control before it could spread to other parts of the building.
Residents were alerted and precautionary measures were taken during the operation.
The exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, though a technical fault in the AC unit is suspected.
