Missing persons found dead in Kakatiya canal in Karimnagar
Two men, Vivek from Chigurumamidi and Sadula Anil from Shankarapatnam, were found dead in Karimnagar’s Kakatiya canal days after going missing. Police recovered the bodies from Somaram and Vennampalli, sending them for post-mortem examination
Karimnagar: Two persons who went missing in the Kakatiya canal at different places a few days ago were found dead in Saidapur mandal on Tuesday.
Vivek, a native of Nawabpet in Chigurumamidi mandal, went missing in the canal two days ago. His body was found on the outskirts of Somaram.
Meanwhile, the body of Sadula Anil was found near Vennampalli. A native of Karimpet of Shankarapatnam mandal, Anil went missing in the canal three days ago.
On receiving information about the incidents, the police visited the spots and shifted the bodies to a hospital for postmortem.
