MLA Bapu Rao gives away cheques to beneficiaries of CMRF in Adilabad on Monday
Adilabad: Boath MLA Rathod Bapu Rao handed over cheques to 16 beneficiaries of Chief Minister Relief Fund (CMRF) at his residence here on Monday. The value of the cheques was Rs 6.67 lakh.
Bapu Rao said that the government was implementing a slew of schemes for the poor. He cited Kalyana Laxmi, KCR Kits and Raithu Bandhu. He suggested the financially weak families to utilise the CMRF to meet medical expenses required for treating ailing family members. He advised applicants to furnish medical bills and relevant documents.
The beneficiaries expressed gratitude to Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and the MLA for coming to their rescue by extending the monetary aid. They said that the financial support would help them in repaying loans they availed for treating their family members. Leaders of TRS party belonging to Echoda and Boath mandals were present.
