Hyderabad: IT Minister and TRS working president KT Rama Rao on Wednesday said the State government was looking into issues of budget private schools and would resolve them accordingly.

“Whatever we say, we do it sincerely and not for votes or seats,” he said.
Stating that Telangana had electricity and water supply issues before formation of the State, Rao said the TRS government resolved those issues in just six years. The State government had set up 650 residential educational institutions in the last six years providing quality free education to 4.32 lakh students by spending Rs 1.20 lakh on each student, he said.
Rao also asked budget private school managements and teachers to give their first preference to TRS candidate Surabhi Vani Devi in the graduates MLC election slated to be held on March 14.
Education Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy assured steps to resolve pending issues of budget private schools and appealed to the managements and teachers to give their first preference to Vani Devi.
Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav said Vani Devi was the only woman out of 93 candidates who were contesting in the graduates MLC election for Hyderabad-Ranga Reddy-Mahububnagar constituency and asked teachers and managements to give their first preference to Vani Devi.
Vani Devi said she would stand by teachers and managements and resolve their issues accordingly. She appealed teachers and managements to give their first preference to her in the graduates MLC election for Hyderabad-Ranga Reddy-Mahabubnagar constituency.
