MLC Teenmaar Mallanna booked for derogatory comments on Reddys

Hyderabad: A complaint was lodged against MLC Teenmaar Mallanna alias Naveen Kumar for allegedly making derogatory comments against a particular community.
As per available information, at a recent event organised by the BC Sangam, Mallanna, who was the chief guest, had made derogatory comments against the Reddy community.
The comments drew criticism from the members of the Reddy community, who demanded an unconditional apology from the MLC. The women members of the community approached the Uppal police and lodged a complaint.
