MLR Institute of Technology hosted the Smart India Internal Hackathon 2025, providing a platform for young innovators to present sustainable solutions and showcase creativity, with over 86 teams participating
Hyderabad: MLR Institute of Technology, Dundigal, Hyderabad, conducted the Smart India Internal Hackathon 2025 organized by the Student Council of the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE).
The hackathon provided a vibrant platform for youngsters to demonstrate their talent and entrepreneurial ideas, offering them an environment to understand the process of idea generation, creativity, and innovation.
Marri Rajashekar Reddy, Secretary MLRIT, addressed the participants, accompanied by Marri Shreya Reddy, Director MLRIT, and Dr K Srinivas Rao, Principal. They encouraged the students to utilize the platform effectively and to bring forward innovative solutions with national-level impact.
Over 86 teams presented their innovative and sustainable solutions for different problem statements which were selected from the SIH website. The hackathon highlighted the entrepreneurial spirit of the participants, along with their creativity, innovation, and problem-solving acumen.
