MM Helix has acquired Hyderabad-based Zibew to expand its digital healthcare platform. The deal will integrate clinic and pharmacy solutions, aiming to improve efficiency and connectivity across healthcare services, including diagnostics and telemedicine.
Hyderabad: In a move that signals growing momentum in the digital transformation of healthcare, Singapore-based MM Helix has acquired Hyderabad-based Zibew E-Commerce PTE LTD, a healthcare technology company behind the SaaS platforms DigitalRX.io and DigitalPharmacy.io.
The acquisition marks a significant step in MM Helix’s ambition to build a globally integrated healthcare platform, combining its patent-pending technology ecosystem with Zibew’s deep expertise in clinic and pharmacy workflows.
Zibew’s platforms are already deployed across multiple markets, enabling clinics to manage patient workflows, consultations, and records, while helping pharmacies digitize operations and streamline prescription management. With the integration, MM Helix aims to bring together clinics, pharmacies, diagnostics, and telemedicine services into a unified system that improves efficiency and accessibility across the healthcare value chain.
