MMC approves 4-lane flyover at Anand Nagar Junction under H-CITI
The Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation Standing Committee approved a four-lane flyover at Anand Nagar Junction under the H-CITI project. It also cleared a six-lane grade separator, road and drainage works, a C&D waste plant, park maintenance plans and the 2026–27 budget.

Hyderabad: A proposal to construct a 4-lane flyover at Anand Nagar junction on Nagole – Bandlaguda road under the Hyderabad City Integrated Traffic Infrastructure (H-CITI) Project was approved by the Standing Committee of the Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation (MMC) at a meeting held on Saturday.
The standing committee meeting was chaired by Metropolitan Area and Urban Development Special Chief Secretary Jayesh Ranjan.
Other proposals approved at the meeting included a 6-lane grade separator across Hastinapuram junction, BN Reddy Nagar junction and Sagar Complex junction under H-CITI; engaging ASCI for Solid Waste Management implementation, CC roads and laying of UGD pipelines across several colonies under Nagole Circle, identification of six parks across three zones and handing over their maintenance to women’s self-help groups; establishment of a 500 TPD C&D Waste Processing Plant and an estimated MMC budget of Rs 2,586.67 crore for the 2026–27 financial year.
MMC Commissioner T Vinay Krishna Reddy was also present.
