He demanded that the Prime Minister conduct a nationwide socio-economic and caste survey along with population census to enumerate castes and sub-castes and their socio-economic conditions.

Earlier while addressing the Youth Congress leaders at the same venue, the Chief Minister said the BJP led union government was discriminating against Telangana. Funds and projects were being sanctioned to Gujarat and Bihar States, while no support was being extended to Metro phase II, River Musi rejuvenation and other projects. union Minister G Kishan Reddy and Bandi Sanjay should give an explanation, he demanded.

“An action plan is being worked out to wage a war against the Prime Minister,” he added.
