Hyderabad: India’s dismal show in the first pink-ball Test in Adelaide, where they were all out for an embarrassing and lowest Test total, has been the topic of discussion since last few days. Many came in suggesting to make changes in the playing XI for the next Test to put up a fight and win if they want to be in contention in the series.
A few called for the head of Prithvi Shaw and Wriddhiman Saha and brought in KL Rahul, Shubhman Gill and Rishabh Pant. The loss was so bitter that people took to twitter to hit out at the lackluster show.
Former Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaif too expressed his worry over India’s show. He took to twitter writing, “36/9 came on a bright sunny Adelaide morning and not at twilight as many feared. Pink or red ball, Test match batting is all about correct technique and temperament. Limited over games or limited time at nets can’t prepare you for a Test.”
However, Harbhajan Singh gave a funny twist to his tweet when he replied, “Bhai Sahb itni angreji,” with laughing emojis.
