Hyderabad: With just 24 hours left for Movie Artistes Association (MAA) elections, the two opposite panels of Manchu Vishnu and Prakash Raj have been making last-minute efforts to woo voters.

Manchu Vishnu’s father yesteryear star Mohan Babu, who is making appeals to MAA members in order to garner support for Vishnu, on Saturday released a voice message.

“The association was established to keep the Telugus united. But the developments that have been taking place in the MAA association are hard to take. Once, artistes used to unanimously elect MAA president but the scenario has changed now.

Some artistes have become the laughing stock because of their behaviour. Whatsoever, MAA is like one family. Soon after Vishnu’s victory, he will have a meeting with both the Chief Ministers of the Telugu States. Vishnu is like your family member. Think with a clear conscience before you vote,” he said.
