Hyderabad: The Moosarambagh Bridge at Amberpet was closed after significant rise in water levels. Commuters were advised to use alternative routes while officials monitored the situation. The inflows from the twin reservoirs were released on Friday evening, due to recent heavy rainfall in the catchment areas.

Malakpet Traffic Sub Inspector, Yadaiah, told Telangana Today, “This is the third time that the traffic cops have closed the bridge within the span of a month. Commuters are advised to take alternate routes until the inflows recede on the bridge.”
