Moscow to host two-day Global MICE Congress on December 17-18

Moscow will host Meet Global MICE Congress 2025 on December 17-18, bringing experts, speakers, and MICE planners from India, China, Africa, Latin America, the CIS, and Russia. Over 15 sessions and 3,200 appointments will focus on global trends and business growth

Hyderabad: Delegates from India, China, Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America, the CIS, and Russia will take part in 15 business sessions spread over two days.

Moscow will host ‘Meet Global MICE Congress 2025’ on December 17-18, 2025, at the World Trade Center.

The event will bring together experts, top speakers, and MICE planners from Russia, BRICS, and Global South Countries to network, collaborate, exchange ideas and discuss the latest trends.

The Congress programme will feature over 15 business sessions, with the main theme ‘Unity through Open Diversity: New Opportunities for Global Growth’. On Day One, the focus will be on improving cooperation between government entities and business, and exploring intergovernmental projects to drive the MICE industry forward. Other sessions will cover topics including global trends, analytics, destination marketing, incentive travel, business strategies, and the latest technologies.

The Meet Global MICE Congress 2025 will serve as a platform for strengthening brand positioning and engaging with a highly qualified professional audience from regions including India, China, Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America, the CIS, and Russia. With over 3,200 pre-scheduled appointments in the expo zone, participants will meet exhibitors representing top MICE destinations worldwide.

The Congress builds on the success of last year’s BRICS Edition, which attracted over 1,300 trade visitors from 17 countries, including Brazil, India, and China. With the MICE industry named a priority in Moscow’s tourism strategy, the city aims to increase business travelers from 5 million today to 8 million by 2030.
